THE JOB: 

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to improve the systems that help every SexLikeReal user discover relevant content. You will build and operate ranking and recommendation models with direct impact on engagement and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Design, train, evaluate and deploy recommendation and ranking models.
• Work with product and data partners to define offline and online success metrics.
• Build reliable ML pipelines, feature workflows and model-monitoring practices.
• Run experiments and iterate on retrieval, ranking and personalisation approaches.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong production ML experience, ideally in recommendation, search, ranking or personalisation.
• Expert Python skills and practical experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with data pipelines and ML operations tools such as Airflow and MLflow.
• Solid statistical judgement, production ownership and fluent English.
