THE JOB: 

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to identify, build and grow relationships that expand SexLikeReal’s reach, content ecosystem and commercial opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Source and develop partnerships with relevant platforms, technology providers, creators, studios and industry organisations.
• Own the partnership lifecycle from outreach and qualification through negotiation, launch and ongoing growth.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver partner commitments and resolve issues.
• Maintain pipeline visibility, partnership performance tracking and market intelligence.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in partnerships, business development, account management or commercial growth.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and project-coordination skills.
• Ability to build structure in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; experience in digital media, consumer tech, VR or adult entertainment is a plus.
