THE JOB: 

We are looking for a Lead of Product Analytics to turn SexLikeReal’s rich product data into clear decisions that improve acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Set the product-analytics strategy, metrics framework and measurement standards.
• Lead high-impact analysis across subscription, engagement, content discovery and creator ecosystems.
• Partner with product leaders to frame decisions, prioritise experiments and interpret results.
• Build trusted dashboards and develop analytics capability within the team.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Strong experience leading product analytics for consumer digital products or subscriptions.
• Expert SQL skills and practical knowledge of experimentation, funnels, cohorts and retention analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strategic, hands-on leadership style and fluent English.
