• Create and lead a content strategy that supports business objectives and fuels sales growth
• Plan, organize, and manage the release of content across all categories and formats
• Analyze performance metrics and user behavior to inform content planning and prioritization
• Maintain a balanced content mix that addresses demand and fills gaps
• Work closely with production, post-production, marketing, and platform teams to optimize content workflows
• Monitor the content market to identify trends, competitor strategies, and unmet audience needs
• Advise on content types, formats, and release schedules to boost user engagement and revenue
• Manage weekly and monthly publishing calendars to ensure timely and high-quality content delivery
• Continuously refine the content strategy to enhance platform performance and viewer experience

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot trends and enhance content performance
