THE JOB: 

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow SexLikeReal’s presence in Japan. You will identify commercially meaningful opportunities, build trusted local relationships and turn market insight into partnerships and revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Develop and execute a Japan-focused business-development plan.
• Identify, qualify and progress partnerships with relevant creators, studios, platforms and industry contacts.
• Represent SLR at selected meetings and industry events in Japan.
• Translate local market insight into clear recommendations for product, content and growth teams.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecasts and partnership reporting.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Proven business-development or partnerships experience in Japan.
• Native or business-fluent Japanese and strong English.
• A strong local network in digital media, creator economy, entertainment, adult industry or adjacent sectors is highly valuable.
• Commercial judgement, persistence and the ability to work independently.
