Partnerships and Affiliate Manager

SLR is a leading company in the VR industry, specializing in VR video streaming and interactive experiences.

Position overview: 

In this role, you'll convert affiliate traffic into buyers to our low-ticket and high-ticket offer, Sex Like Real Premium. You’ll take care of the top affiliate positioning to build goodwill and convert sales from affiliate sites with 100.000.000+ monthly traffic, as well as build partnerships with top tier products and studios, to increase Sex Like Real revenue.

What You'll Do?

  • Strategic Partnerships Management

Build relationships with new affiliate partners, that includes, but is not limited to, content partners, new product partners, and affiliate sites. Most of them will be other haptic partners, new niched studios, “Top 10 VR Porn sites” affiliate sites, new products that we can upsell to existing users, such as Vtubers, or AI virtual girlfriend. You will be responsible also for collaboration with industry blogs, partners, and affiliates to create impactful mentions and articles that link back to our platform, in an effort to increase our SEO.

  • Performance Monitoring

We have a list of top tier partners, such The Handy, Kirroo, and more. You will be responsible for monitoring and scaling existing offers, and partnerships. It will be expected from you, to reach certain KPIs, in achieving companys affiliate goals. We have multiple channels of communication with our customers, that can be utilized, such as emails, community, notifications, and user profile.

Who is Our Ideal Candidate?

  • Highly Experienced

We're looking for someone who has lots of experience generating sales through affiliates. Ideally, you have generated at least $1,000,000+ for clients and managed affiliates channels of over 10.000.000+ monthly traffic.

  • Relationships in the industry

We want someone who knows how to connect and build relationships with the potential partners in the adult VR industry, and can form profitable partnerships that turns an interested lead into a buyer.

  • Understands the Brand

We have a very unique brand & brand voice. Our brand is seen as the most technologically advanced, virtual reality porn site, and highly authoritative in our industry. You can't expect to come with a classic "sell sell sell" type of partnership and expect to perform.
