Hide Video function now carried over to the app
Earlier this year, we launched the hide unwanted content feature, allowing users the ability to customize their view and exclude various types of content that they're not into. It proved popular but this function didn't carry over to the app. We're pleased to say now it does!
The SLR dev team went straight to work implementing the fixes and we're proud to announce that hidden content will now appear only in your "Favorites" or "Watch Later" lists when in the app.
The hidden content is not blocked from your account. If you go directly to the content, it will still be visible. Please note that managing currently hidden content is still limited to our website in your user profile.
Our developer's next goals are to manage hidden content right through the app, not display the content during searches, and create a message letting you know that only part of a scene is hidden by your preferences.
