RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our content partners
  • Be the go-to contact for any partner-related inquiries and issue during their onboarding
  • Manage communication between partners and internal finance teams
  • Partner with the compliance team to make sure rules and regulations are met
  • Coordinate with the content management team to address and resolve any content-related issues

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Experience in account management or in a similar field
  • Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
  • Experience in handling compliance documentation and procedures is a plus
  • A problem-solving attitude with a focus on achieving results
  • Fluency in English
