A studio clicks "Become a partner" on SexLikeReal. From there, it needs to apply, get onboarded, upload and publish its first video, ask questions, and request improvements. The upload is only one step in a longer product journey. Behind each step are workflows, data, systems, and many details that determine how easily partners can work with the platform.
We have more than 40,000 VR videos on SexLikeReal. Every one of them comes from a content partner who went through this process. Some parts of the experience are still more manual and time-consuming than they should be. We're looking for a Technical Product Manager – Content Platform to own the product side of our relationship with content partners and improve the way they work with SexLikeReal.
You'll work directly with partners to understand where their workflows get stuck, dig into the underlying problems, and turn their needs into clear product priorities. Working closely with Backend Engineering, you'll define requirements, understand the systems and data behind each problem, and shape solutions together with engineers. This is a hands-on role with a high degree of autonomy: you'll make product decisions and follow each initiative from identifying the problem through to delivery.
You'll collaborate with colleagues across Product, Growth, and Marketing, but your main focus will be the partner experience and the backend workflows behind it.
This role could be a good fit if you:
- Have a technical, engineering-minded profile and practical experience working with backend teams
- Can discuss systems, data, dependencies, trade-offs, and solutions with engineers
- Have worked on content platforms, marketplaces, partner dashboards, creator tools, or similar products
- Enjoy getting to the root of a problem and turning ambiguity into clear priorities
- Like owning a product area end to end
You need a solid engineering understanding of backend systems, data, and product processes, and you should be comfortable going deep enough to make good decisions with engineers. You don't need to write production code.
What we offer: fully remote work from anywhere in the world, flexible hours, an international team, travel to industry events, and a product at the forefront of VR.
